The man was a Tobacconist
The man wearing a tank top was sitting in his small shop and working. He was a tobacconist and doing detailed work. The hand-rolled cigarettes were being made by him. Although smoking was prohibited in the public space by a law, I saw many people still smoking in the street. Most of them didn't seem to care about it. And there were many tobacconists hither and thither in the city.
When he noticed me, he stopped working and showed me a pleasant smile.
