The man got shy when I focused
Although this island was a major tourist destination, most tourists visited Ubud or beach resorts and didn't stay in this provincial capital. During I walked from my hotel to the city center, I didn't meet any other tourists but locals. The man was one of them.
When I focused on him, he started to laugh out of embarrassment. As his expression showed, I thought this city had also its own pleasantness. I was not rare to be able to feel the local atmosphere here.
