Many food stalls were doing business by the roadside. A woman wearing a conical hat was working at one of them. On her wagon, French breads were piled up. She was selling Vietnamese sandwiches called Bánh mì there while she had a tranquil look.

It's not the custom to eat bread here until French colonized. So it was one of the remnants of the French rule. On the other side of her stall, two mannequins were standing at the entrance of a shop. One of them wore Ao Dai. Although to wear Ao Dai was an old tradition here, it was not easy to see people wearing Ao Dai these days.
