The inside of a Yangon circle train car was filled with food brought in by shoppers, making it hard to find a place to step
The Yangon circle line train that I was boarding was not so crowded, but the situation changed as soon as I arrived at Da Nyin Gone station. In no time at all, a large number of shoppers boarded the train, and the train became crowded.
There seemed to be a big market near this station (I found out later that the station itself is a market), and everyone was carrying large loads of goods. They must have purchased a large amount of food to sell at their own stores. The seats were packed with shoppers, and the floor was covered with bags of vegetables. There was literally no place to stand.
