Two young men were chatting there
There was a park in front of the Vigan Cathedral called 'Plaza Salcedo'. Many benches were placed and locals were relaxing on them. The park was a place for relief for the locals. These two young men were also chatting while they were seated on the carriage-like bench. Both of them stopped talking and looked at my camera when I held my camera.
Perhaps, they talked about something important. They were forced to adjust themselves to my pace.
