The men were hanging out together
During traveling abroad, I often see local men hanging out by the roadside. They di nothing and it was difficult to know what they gathered together for a stranger. These men in this photo were those kind of people.
They gathered by the roadside. All of them looked at me when they noticed me. No one wore a tank top. So they might not be blue-collar workers. One man was calling with his cell phone. And a man was walking his cycle rickshaw in the background.
