The venue for cockfighting was wrapped with the air of excitement
Walking a country road on the outskirt of Ubud, I found a stadium-like building in the midst of the rice fields. Many local people entered it. So I also entered. It was a venue for cockfighting. And the spectator stand was filled with the audiences.
Many people came here to enjoy cockfighting. And they created a strained atmosphere. Here was a hardball place. Of course, some of them were also enjoying gambling. I thought it was the main reason why the stadium was wrapped by the air of excitement in the stadium.
