Although they were sitting next to each other, their moods were contrasting
Two men were in a small store on a street corner in Kolkata. The one sitting in the foreground was working with what looked like a tub in his hand. He seemed to be busy and didn't look at the camera even though he knew I was standing right in front of him holding it.
Another man, on the other hand, seemed to be bored. He wasn't doing anything in particular, he was just sitting there. He was aware that the camera was pointed at him, so he looked at me and smiled. Although they were sitting next to each other, their situations were very different.
