The man gave me a cold look
A shirtess and bearded man was sitting in a small cafe in Kolkata. He seemed to be somewhat tired and lazy. I didn't feel a sense of vitality. When the man noticed me, he began to look at me with a cold expression on his face. He seemed to be having a hard time even looking at the camera.
Many people in India are happy to take a pose when I point a camera at them. But this exhausted man didn't seem to have the luxury of time to do so. He kept his cold gaze on the camera the whole time I was snapping the shutter.
