Three rickshaws were lined up by the roadside
Three rickshaws were parked on the roadside in Kolkata. The rickshaw men were not there. Only the vehicles were lined up. The rickshaw men seemed to be drinking chai and chatting somewhere.
In India, too, there is a traffic rule: no parking. If a violator is found to be in violation, a device to lock the tires seems to be attached to the car. But I don't know if it works if they put it on a rickshaw. I don't even know if there are parking violations on the rickshaws in the first place.
