Some men were hammering
Walking a street, I heard the sound of hammers. There was a blacksmith's workshop by the roadside. And some men stood holding a hammer in their hands. One man was fastening a small piece of metal on the block. And other men were taking turns hitting with the hammer.
They were busy because they had to hit while the metal was hot. So nobody noticed me nor looked at me. The sound of hammers echoed rhythmically.
