The boy in his arms had the same eyes as his father
Ubud, located in Bali, is a small rural town, even though it is also a tourist center. Away from the center, there are residential areas and rice paddies. Personally, I prefer places where the locals are living their lives with their real faces, rather than places that show an outsider's look for tourists.
The father and son in the photo are two people I met while walking through a residential area. A father with his young son was standing by the side of the road. When I pointed my camera at them, they had the same eyes. The father smiled at me, while his son looked at me with a blank stare.
