The boy was lazy and relax on the tree
A rather leaning tree stood on the shore of a pond that was located in the city of Ben Tre. Rather than standing, it was lying down, which seemed more appropriate to describe it as lying down. And on the part where he was lying down, a boy was relaxing.
Maybe it's the perfect place to relax. Resting in a place like this, rather than simply relaxing on a bench, gives the impression that he is more relaxed. I'm sure the people around me would agree, and more importantly, they would be aware of the fact that the boy himself is in a relaxed state of mind when he lies down.
Then, even if he is not relaxed, the placebo effect must be the same as being really relaxed.
