The puffing older woman was tattooed on her body
Walking through the village, I saw people sitting and relaxing in various places. They were all women and children. The men were probably working somewhere. To my surprise, many elderly women were relaxing with their upper body naked. The older woman in the photo was one of them. She seemed to take it for granted that she was naked, and did not move when I stood in front of her.
Naked, the old woman was bending over at the waist and blowing on her pipe. When I looked at her arms, I saw that they were densely tattooed. Not only this old woman, but it seems to be common for old people in the village to have tattoos. It seems that it was customary for women to have tattoos to show their beauty and for men to show their strength.
