Both the women in the posters hanging in the department store and the woman walking in front of me were looking back
Myeongdong is Seoul's most bustling district. While walking around, I noticed that there was even an Isetan Department Store among the fashionable stores. The department store, which has its main store in Shinjuku, Tokyo, also seems to have made inroads into Seoul. Women in the cosmetics posters along the walls were all turning around and looking coolly down the street.
The posters in line were a bit surreal, and as I was trying to take a picture of them, a woman walking with her boyfriend in front of me also looked back. She seemed curious as to what I was photographing.
