Two persons just crossed the bridge
Once the city of Suzhou prospered much more than Shanghai. It was a capital of Wu. And there are still many waterways throughout the city. It is known as a picturesque place along with rivers and lakes. So it is called 'Venice of the East'.
When I walked along a waterway, I found a big bridge. And a steep stairway was on it. Most of the bridges here were arched to pass under a bridge for boats. Stopping at the edge of the bridge, one man was descending the steps and another man was climbing the steps.
