There was a wooden small architecture in the precinct. It had no walls and its roof was sustained by the wooden pillars. And its altar was built in the most remote part of the architecture. The small hall was Natha Devale.

When I came here, two long-haired women stood in front of the altar and prayed. According to legend, this small hall was older than the famous Temple of the Tooth which stood next to this shrine. Yet the size couldn't be compared to the famous one. The pastoral atmosphere was wafting in this precinct.

By the way, it was believed that the deity enshrined here was Lord Maitreya.
