The fishermen were dragging the fishnet and the net was placed on the beach
Many fishermen were standing on the beach in Beruwala. It was a work time and they were just doing the beach seining. Because it was afternoon, the time for fishing was not in the early morning here.
They were dragging the rope together and landed the fishnet on the sand. Another side of the net was seen at the end of the beach. I expected them singing a kind of work song. Yet they worked without singing or shouting.
