The hall stood on the top of long stairway
The main hall of this shrine didn't stand at the end of the stairway. The staircase still continued. After climbing more about 600 steps, I arrived at this hall called Izutama Jinja also known as Okusha.
This hall is the innermost building in this shrine. When I visited, there were few visitors because the long trek was necessary to go. The small hall was surrounded by the trees. Although it was a hard way to arrive, it was worth visiting.
