The butcher was just cutting
I visited a market which was not famous for the tourists. All people except me seemed to be the locals. I didn't see any other tourists during walking around.
In the meantime, I came to a butcher which sold chickens. And I found a man working. Many chickens were displayed in front of him. He was just cutting with a kitchen knife. Even though I held my camera, he didn't look at me. And he kept cutting without saying a word. He seemed to be a proud craftsman.
