Good contrast in clothes. It looks like the background blur was enhanced a bit, but I think that may just be from compressing the image size for the web.

I think the interesting thing is not just the way they are dressed, but the way they are walking away from one another. If this was taken where I think it was, the younger woman is actually walking into the backtstreets, and the older woman is walking out.

Ironic? Perhaps.
