Beautiful shot Tetsu. Such a beautiful place. Yasukuni Shrine is one of the few famous places in Tokyo I have yet to see. Great shot!

The contrast between the highlights and shadows makes this image for me. I like how you have blown certain highlights but maintained the shadow detail. Dappled describes it quite well I think - nice shot.
