This is has real excitement. The almost theatrical lighting and the different spatial levels are so dramatic and there is a feeling anything can happen at any time to anyone. Superb.

Love this slightly film noir-ish picture. The surrounding shadows give it a voyeuristic property. It also reminds me of one of the early scenes in the Memoirs of a Geisha - the one at the train station where little Chiyo and Satsu were brought away to Kyoto.

Beautifull composition for this very strange mood. I like the lying white lines, and the dark body standing at the foreground. Actualy, everything is perfect !

This is mysterious and powerful. The white lines lead us in, and the figure in the foreground appears to be deciding whether or not to venture into the scene.
