It's truly your great framing that made this shot work. You focused the viewer's attention on the street performer without taking him out of his context. Well done!
What else can I add? I agree with everybody. Your black & white pics are gorgeous and you are definitely excellent at taking "street life" pictures. Keep shooting :)
I think this is a nice shot. I wish the person wasn't so close to the edge though.

Thanks PlasticTV, Lisi, Ricardo, Pixibition, Gavin, Amande and Otokpa!!
Though my subject was a man with a guitar, I wanted to contain the street around him. :-)
Beautiful photography on your blog. I do wish to see the pictures a little larger. Sigh.
What greater love for music than playing on the streets? To grab the attention of the masses as they hussle and bustle through their daily walks. Black and white emotions. They either love you and stay for awhile. Or pay you no attention and continue on their walk.

Thanks Marc!
Some people think the musicians are just a part of the city, I guess. Some people loose precious time sometimes, therefore.
Great photo! So clear. Even an attractive audience.
Great shot with beautiful perspective!
guitarist is focused
i love the looks of the glamourous women looking at him ;-)
I so admire folks who can do this. I guess we all need to express ourselves to others, and everyone like a little recognition once in awhile.
I like how you composed this shot.
Fantastic street scene.
Thanks Scm076, Olivier, Sha, Micki and Raymond Tse!!

Very good framing. Just a very good overall picture. Enough grey, black and white to make it an excellent B&W photo.
