Is that snow on the floor? We've not had any (proper) snow here in London yet.

> tetsu said : Feb 24, 2006 17:31

Thanks Duane!
Yes. Snow is on the floor. It is cold in Tokyo this year.

Are there two people on the bridge? Very peaceful scene.

Ahhhh.... that beautiful curve, nicely punctuated by the bridge. Tetsu, do you wait for people to walk into your picture or are you very lucky everytime?

> tetsu said : Feb 24, 2006 22:04

Thanks PlasticTV!
That's right. I often wait someone coming. :-)

Wow- I love the lines yoo've captured. Beautiful contrast and depth. Nice work!

Snowed in Devon today, no sun shining as here.....a timeless shot.

> G said : Feb 25, 2006 05:31

I agree with "Plastic TV" - it's the curve in the stream bed that makes this shot. Actually, this seems like it would be a great point from which to take a number of pictures at different times of the year, to see how the scenery changes.

Thanks Danielle, Jasp and G!!
This is the filed of calamus. So it will be filled with flowers of calamus. :-)

I love Japanese gardens - they depict a real understanding of composition, scale and balance. Good leading lines.
