Nice compo . The choice of the lens is judicious ;)

Very interesting shot, it looks as if the image is warped because of the odd building to the right but it is straight. Cool.

> Mats said : Jan 24, 2006 17:17

Nice shot! At first I thought you've used a fisheye lens because of the perspective and the building.

> tetsu said : Jan 24, 2006 17:30

Thanks JLC, Ahamed and Mats!
I used 24mm lens to take this shot.

That building on the right is incredible. Nice shot here, love the contrast.

> tetsu said : Jan 24, 2006 20:56

Thanks Gavin!
There are skycrapers in the west part of Shinjyuku.

> tetsu said : Jan 24, 2006 23:39

I like the lighting in the shot...great shadows

> tetsu said : Jan 24, 2006 23:51

Thanks Rockavelii!
I like taking photos against the sun...

Nice contrast between straight and curve lines.

> Thibaut said : Jan 25, 2006 05:37

Very nice composition. The tilt adds even more perspective, already highly present using this focale. The light in front is just the element that could have be missing... Is the subject buildings, light or people? That's all, which make a rich and very interesting photo.

> tetsu said : Jan 25, 2006 09:19

Thanks Roberman and Thibaut!
The subject is shadows of people...

> tomoz said : Jan 25, 2006 10:44

> tetsu said : Jan 25, 2006 10:56

the shadow is nice. i also love this view of people walking on the bridge between tall buildings.

> tetsu said : Jan 25, 2006 15:37

Thanks Eric!
The contrast between big and small is attractive, I guess.

> jxiong said : Jan 27, 2006 01:05

i like the way the light reflects off the lampost.. great composition too..

> tetsu said : Jan 27, 2006 01:22

Anyone else notice that building on the right? Very impressive shot, The lighting is great, and provides great shadow.s

> tetsu said : Jan 27, 2006 09:48

Thanks Phil!
The lower levels of the building on the right are wider than its upper levels. So some people thought I used a fisheye lens. I took this photo with normal 24mm lens!

xiii, so dark with those high buildings! \O/

> tetsu said : Jan 30, 2006 09:39

Thanks Siri!

Wow, the building is curving in the bottom. Really nice shot, great komposition and tone. I like your simple "clean" pictures. (spanks for commenting my site).

> tetsu said : Feb 4, 2006 00:50

Thanks Øyvind!

> martial said : Feb 4, 2009 12:24

lot of movements in this shots maybe becausse of the perspective, the building following another curve line compare to hat of the light ...

> tetsu said : Feb 8, 2009 22:33

Thanks Martial!!!
