dharma dolls - 達磨

Interesting photo it almost seems like a dream with all of the similar dolls of different sizes. What color are they in real life?

In real life, their color is red.
Dharma is a patriarch of Zen Buddhism and its doll is believed as a luck in Japan. Candidates buy the dolls in the election. At first they paint only one eye and when they win the election they paint another.
