A large LOVE has been placed in front of Shinjuku I-Land Tower. The three-dimensional LOVE, which is both tall and deep, is the artwork of an American artist named Robert Indiana.

Originally a two-dimensional design for a Christmas card at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the first three-dimensional version of the design was LOVE in Indianapolis in 1970. Since then, the design has been modified in various ways, and similar sculptures have been produced in various versions and colors all over the world. The one in Shinjuku is one of them.

At night, the three-dimensional LOVE is illuminated by lights, making it stand out even in the dark. It is as if it is telling us that love exists even in the darkness, where we cannot see what is ahead.

Unlike this artwork, love in the real world has no form, so it may be difficult to find in places where vision is not effective. However, if you keep looking for it and don't give up, I believe you will find it.
