I was too scared to open this door

There was a heavy, black door set in the wall. It was a tightly closed door. There was no nameplate or sign, so it was hard to tell from the outside what kind of space was inside. It looked like the door of a private house, but at the same time it looked like the door of a bar with a membership system.

Here in Kyojima, there was little damage from the air raids during the Second World War. As a result, there is a mixture of tenement buildings and factories built in the Taisho and early Showa periods. It is a place that still retains a strong sense of Tokyo's downtown atmosphere. However, when I was walking in such an area, I was attracted by the door in the photo. I felt a little complicated.

If you are curious about what is inside the door, you can open it, and you will know the answer immediately, but I didn't have the courage to open it. I stood near the door waiting for someone to come and open the door for me, but no such person came.

It takes a certain amount of courage to open a door that has nothing written on it. Doraemon's "Dokodemo Door" would be interesting if you didn't know where the door was and had to be nervous every time you opened it, but I doubt that many people would want to open it.
